Introduction and orientation
For organisations that have not worked with us before or those who wish to add new modules to their training portfolio, we often recommend beginning with a short orientation session.
This orientation usually takes the form of an enjoyable two or three hour in-person or online gathering to give a taste of the principles that lie at the heart of our work. It will include experience of exploring the skills and perspectives we develop, examples of the educational teaching and learning styles we draw upon and an introduction to the delivery style your colleagues can expect.
Orientation meetings are free of charge and are to everyone's benefit in making sure that:
- we deliver the programme you require, and
- you get the best return on your investment.

Teams
The outcome of InterBe's team programmes is that, while individuals have more insight into their own role and contribution, the team behaves more 'as one'.
