On an InterBe team programme, transformational change comes about through conversational and experiential learning. Together teams explore the way we, as human beings, create a sense of identity and belonging. It is this sense of belonging to a team with a shared vision and agreed principles that allows transformation to occur.
Expect to join us on an inquiry into some fundamental narrative principles such as creating bridges-not-barriers; vulnerability as strength; and authenticity, integrity and responsibility.
In every team, there are as many unique story combinations as there are team members and, as they come together, they form a very complex system.
We will take your team through a deliberately structured, shared, narrative experience of these systems.in doing so we facilitate a mutual understanding of how that complexity plays out in the team and within the individuals simultaneously. Reflecting on shared purpose, building relationships, and understanding values gives the team a new, and inspiring narrative.
As a result, while individuals have more insight into their own contribution, the team behaves more 'as one'. It's a bit like a large flock of starlings, each behaving as both an individual bird, and as a contribution to the murmuration they create together as they elegantly swoop and dive across the sky.
