Hello again, from Sali Mustafic
Re-introducing Sali
Hello, I’m Sali Mustafic. I've decided to introduce myself by answering the questions I am most often asked when working with Mo and Simon, here at InterBe.
How did you come to be working with InterBe?
I came to InterBe on a pathway: teaching for twenty years – a breakdown – experiencing counselling and psychotherapy – self-exploration and discovery – NLP – NLP Diploma, NLP Practitioner and two NLP Master Practitioner trainings, coaching qualification – Narrative Practice – Narrative NLP coaching – InterBe.
I left InterBe.
I came back to InterBe.
What more can you tell us about yourself?
I have been married to Ismet for over 40 years. We have two sons and two grandsons. We all live in Devon and spend a lot of time together.
I have written a novel, Yallah, and write a lot of poetry. I bring poetry and play to InterBe programmes. Literature inspires me and IT fascinates me. I love Social Media and I love learning.
I am the accumulation of all my experience and all the experience of all the people whose lives have touched, or been touched by, my life.
Why did you leave InterBe, and why did you come back?
I left because I wasn’t sure that I was in the right place, doing the right thing.
I came back because, having explored some aspects of my life, my own thinking and my own work, I discovered that I contribute best in collaboration with others, that the people I most wanted to collaborate with were Simon and Mo, and the work I most want to be doing is the kind of work that InterBe does.
InterBe has an energy of integrity and authenticity. We do work I love with people I admire and respect. What more could I ask?
